Entirely realized in components of pressed and folded stainless steel plates and elements of structural steel assembled by welding or, where necessary, stainless steel screws. A chassis with adjustable feet and rods supports the structure with the conveyor belt (which pushes forward the mussels net), the cutting system and the hydraulic control system. The cutting machine cuts pieces of mussels socks by established dimension, about 600mm. The main feature of this equipment is the realization of the “flying cutting”, namely the mussels net is cut on the belt in movement. This characteristic allows to keep a constant production, optimizing the productivity rate and saving time, as well. This automatic machine can be used in line with clipping machines or manual stapler machines for sacs or automatic packaging systems. Usually, this machine works together with the declumper machine.
