Tradition and innovation since 1970

1970
Vincenzo Bozzato founds his first company. In 1976 he starts designing and realizing equipment for fishery and professional use. In 1983 the generational shift to his sons Alfredo and Roberto takes place.

1985
As pioneers of the sector, Alfredo and Roberto achieve experience at the shellfish facilities and factories and begin the construction of the first prototypes of machines for shellfish processing

1987
The subsidiary BOZZATO ARTICOLI TECNICI opens, a shop for wholesale and retail trade on technical articles. The construction of the first processing and packaging machines for shellfish sector dates from the same year.

1988
The partnership with VI.S.MA, a shellfish off-shore farm, is fundamental in acquiring the necessary skills to create innovative equipment for farming and processing seafood products.

1989-1997
The company “Officina Bozzato” focuses on the research and development about food industry field. The rapid expanding customer package includes some competitor companies too.

1998
The designing and production of machines and equipment for processing and trading seafood products becomes the core business of the company. The productive equipment is renewed by the acquisition of the first CNC milling centre and the CAD/CAM system.
The widening of the markets and the acquisition of important customers such as Carraro italia and Exo Italia, drive to the expansion of the production facility.

1999
Alfredo and Roberto found the new company Aerre Automazioni acquiring a property in Ca’ Lino di Chioggia, an area of 5000 sq meters.
The total transfer of activities, in the following year, marks the closure of Officina Bozzato and the end of production for professional fishery.

2000-2009
This new structure and the hiring of specialized staff, confirm AERRE AUTOMAZIONI as a leader in the industrial designing and production of seafood processing machinery.
New successful solutions, such as multihead weighing systems for live seafood products and automatic dosing and filling systems for seafood salads, take the market.

2010
Aerre reaches overseas countries, namely Canada, with important innovations, such as the first manipulator robot entirely designed and constructed in Aerre workshop. The expansion of the headquarters and production plant begins.

2011-2016
Consolidation and commercial development in the foreign markets, including: Spain, Croatia, Portugal and Norway. New working lines for the shellfish processing are designed and realized.
The company grows hiring new experts in mechanical engineering and electronic programming, and acquiring new technologic devices.

2017
The products range increases to satisfy the market needs: Teix Bag is a specific line for delicate products to be packaged in tubular net.

2018
Aerre Automazioni gives a fresh image to the company with a new logo and the participation in specific foreign trade fairs (Conxemar in Vigo and Crofish in Poreč). At the same time, the equipped outdoor area in Chioggia increases by 1.500 square meters, a new covered warehouse and an air-conditioned room for hi-tech processing are built.

2020-21
2020 marks the recent history. Despite the pandemic, Aerre Automazioni has always been there and 100% active, coming to 2021 stronger and more motivated than ever. During this period, production, services and products offering have been boosted.
The standard production will be implemented and upgraded in the next years with new projects.

2021
2021: the year of connection between tradition and advanced technology. Aerre Automazioni can attend the Conxemar again, receiving positive feedback from Iberian market.

Tradition, craftsmanship, expertise, as well as innovation, electronics and artificial intelligence, mark a company fully entered into the third millennium.
