Specific equipment for socking polyethylene or cotton/polyethylene net on pipes directly from spool, fit to the realization of mussel socks. Entirely realized in modular elements of plate and rolled/profiled stainless steel pressed and folded and elements in structural steel assembled through stainless steel screws or welding, where necessary.
We install standard cochleas of 80mm or 100mm, while optional it is possible to install cochleas of diameter up to 140mm. The machine is designed for the application of a clump machine, a specific equipment to realize “clumps” of mussels ready to be re-socked through the mussels loading belt. It is possible to decide the dimension of the clump between the spoon 60 mm or the spoon 80 mm through the installation of the fit roll. It is possible to ask for the version with a base or the version directly applied on the filler.
